At Castilla Termal we are aware of the environmental responsibility that comes from the development of our activities, which is why in each and every one of our hotels we are committed to respecting, caring for and valuing the importance of nature and the ecosystems that shelter us.
To achieve this, we have created an action plan to reduce our environmental footprint. And we do this in the following way:
All our hotels are equipped with our own advanced system in which we can effectively monitor and control all environmental indicators. Thanks to this system, on a monthly basis we collect and obtain data from each of our hotels and then analyse it to verify that all environmental objectives are being met to the letter and also to identify possible opportunities for improvement of our treatments.
Undoubtedly the main aim of our commitment is to guarantee total protection of the environment. At Castilla Termal we make it a priority to follow all the necessary guidelines to achieve our goals through guidelines that have been previously studied. Protection also requires from all of us a stable and responsible commitment.
Information is power, and we take care of collecting it so that nothing escapes us. From the number of litres of water filling our pools to consumption ratios per guest/night. Everything is recorded and we use standard measures and scales to be able to monitor energy and water consumption optimally.

We promote training, awareness and participation in our environmental commitment to both our team and external personnel who work with us or even to all our customers. In order to achieve as a team and in a more coordinated way to fulfil our commitment.
During our stays, we always strive for a responsible use of water and electricity. For this purpose we always leave a note in the rooms with instructions to follow.
